Deposits & Payments
• A deposit is required to reserve your date (paid online on our booking page).
• Remaining balance is due prior to departure (card or cash accepted).
• All pricing and availability are shown live on our secure booking portal.
Cancellation & Weather
• Free changes/cancellation up to 3 days before your trip.
• Within 3 days, deposits are non-refundable; if we can fill your spot, we’ll try to reschedule.
• Weather calls are made by the Captain for safety. If we cancel for weather, you may reschedule or receive a deposit refund.
Catch Policy
• You may keep legal fish within FWC size and bag limits.
• Catch & release is encouraged for non-table species and trophies.
• We clean and bag edible fish at the dock.
Licenses & Safety
• All state and federal fishing licenses are included for your group.
• USCG-compliant safety gear is on board; crew gives a safety briefing before departure.
• Please follow crew instructions while lines are in the water.
HOUSE RULES & ARRIVAL
Capacity, Age & Accessibility
• Maximum 6 guests per USCG regulations.
• All ages welcome; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Let us know about mobility needs — we’ll advise based on sea conditions.
Food, Drinks & Prohibited Items
• Water is provided. You may bring snacks and beverages (cans preferred; avoid glass if possible).
• No illegal substances. Drink responsibly; the Captain may end a trip for unsafe behavior.
• Smokeless vapes only in cabin; smoking policy on deck at Captain’s discretion.
Transfers & Add-ons
• No ground transfers are included in trip rates.
• Ask about special requests (sunset starts, photography, custom hours) in advance.
Arrival & Parking
• Location: RingMaster Charters — 2705 N. Riverside Dr, Pompano Beach FL 33062
• Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for parking, check-in, and safety briefing.
• Free marina parking is available for charter guests.

What to Bring
• Sun protection: hat, polarized sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen
• Non-marking footwear or sandals
• Snacks/lunch and preferred drinks (coolers on board)
• Camera/phone; small soft bag for personal items
• Motion-sickness meds if needed (take as directed before boarding)
Tips for a Smooth Day
• Early departures beat heat and traffic; listen for crew directions during hookups.
• Tell us your goals at the dock — species, style, or “just bend rods.” We’ll tailor the plan.
• Mate gratuity of 20–25% is customary for great service.
