How Booking Works

Deposit, Cancellation & Weather

We keep policies simple and fair. Weather calls are made by the Captain for safety. If we cancel for weather, you can reschedule or receive a deposit refund.

How do I secure my date?

A deposit is required at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due prior to departure.

Can I cancel without penalty?

Yes, within the window on our Policies page. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

What if the forecast looks bad?

The Captain makes the final weather call. Unsafe conditions = reschedule or refund — your choice.

Can we keep our catch?

Yes, within Florida regulations. We’ll clean and bag edible fish at the dock.
